I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
