I like the doctor but her office hours don't allow me to make an appointment without missing work (it must be nice to have doctors hour). The inconvenience of the hours wouldn't seem so bad if I could actually get a timely appointment or anybody to call me back. Getting prescriptions renewed and sent to the pharmacy is a nightmare and the office is inefficiently run. I like the doctor but I need to find an office that actually cares about me and is more convenient to somebody who works.

Dr. Omundsen gives personalized care. I feel comfortable discussing all of my medical issues. My opinions are taken into consideration. I am much more confident in my ability to reach my health goals.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
