I have been a patient for over 15 years but his care and attentiveness to details has been deteriorating for the past few years. He is becoming less thorough and I have been thinking about switching PCP's for a while now. This last visit confirmed I need a new PCP. I went in for a yearly physical and he barely spent 5 minutes with me and did not ask if I had any med changes, any updates with my specialty doctors, did not even have me take off my clothes or socks during the evaluation. He did not ask when my last breast exam or pap smear was. Both of my parents died of cancer and I have had surgery through my specialists this last year along with med changes. He was about to leave after the very brief exam and I told him to sit down so I could update him on what has been happening with my medical issues and give him my new meds. If I had not done this he would not have asked. A week later I have not been contacted about my lab results, I did look on the medical portal and see that there are some abnormalities but I have not been informed if we will add meds or what I need to do about this. At this point I would not recommend him as a PCP. It is a shame as he is well known in the community and well liked. He used to be a great doctor.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
