Dr. Ashwani Kumar is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular and Endovascular Medicine. He attended Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, India and did his fellowship training at Texas Tech University. He has practiced in the Richmond market for 3 years. He is a recognized expert in cardiovascular intervention including angioplasty and stenting, cardiac catheterization and angiography, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac and peripheral vascular computed tomography angiography.
