We took our 15 months old for wellness checkup and gave previous health summary from a different doctor. In her health summary it's clearly mentioned that flu shot is not required as she already got one at 12 months appointment, but they didn't read previous health summary properly and gave her flu shot. My lil one got fever for more than 2 days and when we took her to the previous doctor, it came to know that because of that over dose of flu shot, she got fever and ear infection.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
