They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
