They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Whenever I tried to interject my input or concerns, they immediately interrupted me or cut me off. They pretty much just talked at me the entire time. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse.
