For those patients and needing to detox from Drugs or Alcohol without a hospital setting and n higher level of care in required, we offer a self pay Concierge Drug or Alcohol Detox option listed on our website at http://drgeraldbuschmd.com/ - During the first phase of detox, the patient will be required to come into the office several times during the first week. During waking hours, and when not in the office, the patient will be in contact with the Psychiatrist via text, phone, or Skype during waking hours. After the detox phase the patient will enter the medication maintenance phase and the patient will receive 2 appointments per month without waiting. In addition, they will have contact with our Chief Psychiatric Coordinator And Tech, Rachel Long, for requests for medication changes between appointments. This service of Concierge Drug Detox Psychiatric allows the patient to get a higher level of care and to allow for the patient to remain consistently stable on their medications on a long term basis. What makes our Concierge Drug Detox Program different is: the patient does not get a cookie cutter type of medicine, the patient is allowed to continue to work during the drug detox treatment program, and also the patient receives 24/7 care from our Addiction Credentialed Psychiatrist.
