The waiting area here is rather cramped. People may have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They don't really take that extra step to make patients feel special. They are just another client to them. They did however pay attention to my family member and all of her questions were answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that my relative was under the care of an expert. The doctors bedside manners were not well. Ive been along on a few of my relatives visits and he has been for the most part nice. He is arrogant though. He took a low blow on my weight and Im not even his patient. He told me that I need to lose weight if I want to live. Hes not a nutritionist and had no right to speak to me that way. I kept my cool because of my relative but I do intend to write a formal complaint. I left that office feeling more insecure and depressed about my weight than I have in my whole life. He is good at what he does and I commend him on the work he did for my relative but I have no respect for him after this last visit.
