I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock.
