They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr. Chavez delivered both of my babies and really listened to all of my concerns. When my son was due I was worried something wasn't right and that he would be too big for me he was estimated at 8lbs when he was 36 weeks with another month to go. He listened and we planed an induction for 38 weeks good thing we did. Had we not taken the precaution we would not have known that my son's cord was around his neck. He never showed any signs of being in distress. Had Dr Chavez ignored my original concerns I might not have my son today. You can say I literally trust my babies lives in his hands.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
