I first met Dr. Elsehety in the hospital after my first seizure in 2009 at the age of 38. He has followed me in his Mesquite clinic ever since. He carefully reviews lab and procedure results with me and my other doctors (PCP, etc). While he tries to determine the cause of the seizures, he’s careful not to over-prescribe medical equipment or medications that the labs/symptoms do not fully support. I’m VERY grateful that under Dr. Elsehety’s care I’ve had only 1 seizure in 2010 and 1 in 2011. He is knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, as is his staff.

On occasion, I've waited more than 30 minutes before my appointment; most likely Dr. Elsehety is seeing patients at the hospital – (petrified just like I was). I work in a high-risk pregnancy doctor’s office and many patients have to wait longer than expected in the clinic when there’s an emergency at the hospital or with their baby.

Bottom line, I would recommend Dr. Elsehety for any neurological medical issue.
