They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was thoroughly confused and frustrated after my appointment because none of my questions were answered. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. They are never in the office and forget about getting a return call. They ignored my problems and ended up in the emergency room. They are out for your money so watch out!
