I personally like Dr.Russell. He's been my physician for about 10 years now and his easy going nature and calm demeanor is what I appreciate the most. The staff there is very friendly, although if you want something done, you need to go in person. They don't always communicate well within each other and you can find yourself on hold for a very long time.

Pro: Likable, knowledgeable, friendly.
Con: Confusing staff/ not enough or effective communication.
