Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
