I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
