I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. One thing I don't like, is that I am not confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. There is no chance that I would ever recommend them to anyone. I was so unhappy with the doctor.

I answered their new patient information and advised them I had cousins and a brother who had Thyroid Cancer. The Dr. never asked me about it or what type they had. She provided me medication for my diabetes but when I got home it stated: If you or a family member has ever had Medullary Thyroid Cancer DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE. I called the office and discussed it and they made an appointment for me to discuss it with her. The day of the appointment, I explained to her that my brother is in Hospice with this exact type of cancer and I am not comfortable taking it. She stated she understood and prescribed a sister drug to what I was taking. Got home and it stated If you or a family member has ever had Medullary Thyroid Cancer DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE.

She did not listen to me and I called and advised I will never be back to see her again.

-Star Rating if that was one of the choices but it was not...I called to make an appointment but this so called doctor is not able to diagnosis any endocrinology medical problems. I was told by her nurse that she only accepts new patients if they have been pre-diagnosed by other doctors not her! She can only treat the condition but not diagnose! Not a very qualified "doctor"!!
