I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They aren't rude but don't do much more than the bare minimum. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment. I would have apprecitated more information about treatment options and whether or not surgery was necessary or just an option.
