They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
