I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have the doctor's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
