I'm writing a review for Berywood asthetics. My husband bought me a gift certificate and I decided to get a pedicure. On my way to Berywood, I get a call saying I would have to wait 10 minutes and that was fine. I get there and waited a little over 30 minutes. I get called into the room and the girl just asked me what colors I wanted (never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted since there were several) and started working on me. She never looked at me, never said a word the whole time I was there and spent several minutes on her phone (texting, facebook) in the middle of my pedicure. When she was done, she just walked out of the room and was processing payment while I was trying to get out of the chair without messing up my feet. I was so disappointed with my "spa" experience. I feel I could have gone to the Chinese place at the mall and feel like I got my money's worth

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.
