They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wanted to be well informed about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first, but they didn't give me a whole lot of information. I still had a lot of unanswered questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
