The Practice and Doctors are overall very nice and seem to care about you. However, my child saw Dr. Johnson over about a 6wk period and was given 2 different drops for an "eye irritation". No one could tell us what was causing the irritation they just told us to keep using drops and waiting. Waiting is a strong word for a mother to hear when her child is obviously getting no better and is in pain. I finally had enough and went to another opthamologist. He found she had a herpes virus in her cornea and was treated with a viral drop. It was better within a week. We have followed up with her new Eye Doctor and he says there is a scar left from virus. However if Dr. Johnson would have looked at her eye close enough, he would have seen this virus. She had all the symptoms. We were told that Dr. Johnson was the Best in the Upstate and thats scary. I will NEVER go back here!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
