They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. HORRIBLE!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! This idiot would not help me unless I wanted to have surgery that was totally invasive. His little nurse Lindsey was a total idiot, she only wants to hear herself talk and no one else. I asked about getting a note for work and my insurance he said he would make sure it was faxed. It wasn't, I ended up finding out 3 weeks later when I was contacted by my employer and found that I had lost my job because of this quack. And you better not be in pain...he doesn't give a crap unless he can do surgery on you. I got a second opinion from Dr. Walter Grady. He had me fixed up and back on my feet in half the time that Dr. Henderson said it was going to take. Save yourself alot of hassle and just got to someone else. He will mess you def, not out to help people, only out to make his bank account fatter.
