I had an emergency recently and needed to contact them right away. I was so relieved when they took my call right away, and made sure I received the help I needed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were always ready to help me with anything I needed, and never left me unattended. I felt very cared for.
