Dr. Cohen wanted a $35 co-pay for a "specialty" because of a pediatric psyc certification despite providing general mental health treatment. She agreed to the $15 copay for mental health that is recognized by my insurance, blue cross blue shield only after I pointed out the fact her pediatric certification didn't meet the requirements for a specialty. She is very disorganized when it comes to billing. I am dealing with a bill from eight months ago. The bill was incorrectly submitted and she has not resubmitted the bill to my insurance and is sending me the balance instead. Also, since leaving her practice in August she is refusing to supply my medical records which is against HIPPA law. If I had to do it over again I would steer clear of Dr. Cohen.
Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider treat every client equally?
No, they definitely favor certain clients
Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments?
Sometimes, it was a little frustrating
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
No, it took a while
