Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. they basically were more interested pushing me into something I did not want to go through at present even through perhaps it would have benefitted me. at this point their pocket. also pushing their family own therapy sprint and not a more convenient place for me to go near my home and where people could take me granted they were happy to transport me. too pushy for them to get all the business
