They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Most of the staff lie about the patients conduct.
