They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly and helpful me. I was very satisfied with my visit. It was pretty hard to find the their office in the building, but I eventually found it. I'll be going back. I didn't have a bad experience with Dr. Young or his staff..
However,
I don't like using their lab. Technician was too rough. I will not use it again.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
