When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. You do have the option of leaving a message which is what I always do. Call back is within an hour. Only thing not satisfied with is inability to get in for acute visit when Mom (88yo) was very ill. Had to wait 2-3 days

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I often wait for a long time before being seen and I am always on time for my appointments. They hurry me through each and every time.
