I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
