I was given a polite greeting when I walked in, then the politeness and professionalism ended right there!. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I didn't feel welcome there. They have a gatekeeper (the doctor's wife) If you stand there with blood coming out of your ear and you owe them a lousy $55...you are turned away abrupty and rudely as tho you are beneath them! BTW..the DOCTOR told me to come in! My pain was incredible, my fear of blood coming out of my ear caused anxiety...but in this Dr's office, $55 was more inportant than my medical needs. This Doctor's office was the wrong choice for me!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
