There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

of late 2009 i had 3 discs replaced in my neck
3/2010 my second open heart surgery, this time a mechinal aortic valve was used.
as you know im now on blood thinners for life,
january 2011 my doctor of 20 years called me in for an appt, at my expence to inform me that he would no longer perscribe me my medication of see me on a professional basis.NO REASON. i wsas told to find another gp.
problem is no one will take me on as a patient.....mmmmmmm kind of makes me wounder why?
i have enough cumiden for 30 days and no more bloodpressure medication, how is this possible, DEAD MAN TYPING

Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
