Dr. and staff always answer my questions whether in person or simple questions over the phone. They only have me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr. is always thorough in our discussions and listens to my concerns/questions. I love that every answer does not result in a prescription! They've never used foul language.The staff always makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. They were on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The waiting room is very quaint and I love the fish tank! The fish seem to be well taken care of and the tank is always clean. Very relaxing!

I am currently looking for a new PCM because he is the worst Dr. I've ever had. He doesn't listen to my concerns, he is difficult to speak with, and he doesn't help me with my problems. Medications is always the answer w/ him, instead of listening to my problems and trying to help me in a way I expected. Not to mention, every time I visit, I have to wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room, even though I have an appointment. The waiting room has a fish tank filled w/ Algae and Male-centered magazines (hunting and golf....). The gal who works there who checks you in and takes your vital signs is unfriendly and judgmental as well. I've never felt this strongly AGAINST a doctor before.
