They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. My Mom had biopsie on July 10th 2012 and we still have not heard any results!!! Iam her daughter i called the office on July 16th and ask about my mothers biopsie results and she said she would put my moms folder on Dr Kellys desk and call us that day..we waited and waited and NO PHONE CALL!!! its now July 19th and they still have not called us!!! We are very very upset by all of this!!!! This is very very unprofessional on his part!!!!
