My child absolutely loves Joy Ertel, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything.
