Staff is very unorganized. You call & talk to one person & then you call back or they call you and they never got the message that you gave the 1st person. I would recommend that you do not see Dr. Bailey, he has a poor bedside manner. He doesn't look you in the eyes. He doesn't listen when you tell him you have a concern or something is bothering you. He blows you off. He says it's this or doesn't even in acknowledge it. He doesn't say much or tell you what is going on, or when he wants to see you next for a chronic condition. Beware,

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. The Stow-Kent office itself is nice..just not a fan of Dr. Bailey
