There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
