I waited 1 hr 45 min in a freezing room my first visit and the doctor never even came. They said he got busy with another patient. They said he would see me when I came back for my allergy tests, which he didn't. When I finally did see him, the prescriptions he wrote were for products no longer on the market. I went back again hoping for shots and was kept waiting so long that I asked for my co-pay to be refunded. The nurse was rude and not the least bit sorry about the wait. I told them I would not be returning.
