Loghman Zaiim, MD

Dr Zaiim, the medical director of Carolina Integrative Clinic , is a general practitioner who is board certified in pediatrics and integrative medicine. Dr Zaiim attended the University of Minnesota and UTESA University school of Medicine and was awarded his medical diploma in 1985. In 1988, he completed his residency training at Gundersen Medical Center in Wisconsin. In addition he has expanded his training and knowledge in the field of integrative medicine and was recently awarded board certification by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. He treats both adults and children at Carolina Integrative Clinic (CI Clinic).

He has recently finished writing a book titled "Practical Relaxation- A Comprehensive 8-Week Stress Management Program" in which he discusses practical ways of reducing stress. Dr Zaiim is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College for Advancement of Medicine.

Since 1988, Dr Zaiim has worked as a general practitioner, a pediatrician and occupational medicine practitioner in the state of North Carolina. He currently serves as the medical director of North Carolina MENTOR, a leading provider of treatment and rehabilitative services for at-risk youth and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the state.

In 2002 Dr Zaiim established the Carolina Integrative Clinic (CI Clinic) in order to serve the area patients better by offering them an alternative, individualized and comprehensive approach to their health care.

I would highly recommend Dr. ZIIAM to any friend or family member, or for that matter any stranger. He is an incredible doctor, with impeccable listening skills, and medical knowledge, he looks at each person individually, it’s not one size fits all with him. He truly cares about his patients. I started seeing him 7 1/2 years ago and have never once been disappointed with an appointment. I have recommended several friends, and no one has a negative thing to say, my friends thank me for the recommendation, they feel so much better and were able to get their health back. I am extremely grateful that I found him when I did. If you’re looking for a doctor that’s going to help your body balance itself I would give him a call. You will be happy with yourself.

We know Dr. Zaiim for 25 years and he is the best doctor we have ever been to. He handles every single case so patiently and spends time that very few doctor do. He is extremely knowledgeable on variety of things and gets to the bottom of the problem. My child has an auto-immune condition and his methods to healing/managing it actually work!
