Staff starts off nice, but if you have a complaint everything goes down hill , I had a complaint and they was so rude and careless not caring anything about my needs,I had to call numerous times to figure out why I wasn't being heard, even after talking to the supervisor and the head of the facility, they abandon me and became hostile everyone of them.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
