The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Dr Eric Vinokur was such an awesome doctor! I am new to NY and was very nervous about making an appointment with someone new. He spent as long as I needed to answer all of my questions and even gave me his coat off his back because I was cold. What a doctor!!! I must give him a AAA+++++++++++. Go to him you will be impressed!
