I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. There were a few times during the appointment that I felt like he was critical of me a little bit for some of my parenting opinions regarding breastfeeding and I didn't appreciate it. (I needed more breastfeeding support and advice than he thought necessary.) I only saw him when my child's regular doctor was unavailable. He was very caring and attentive and kind to my child, who took to him immediately.
