My children are thankfully very healthy kids so we only usually come in for well visits. The doctor is very nice however he quickly pushes through the appointments like herding cattle to be honest. It never really bothered me much seeing as my kids are healthy and I guess not too much time is needed. However, my 6 year old has been complaining of a tummy ache lately and decided to tell me while he was attending school he peed red and it hurt. Obviously greatly concerned, I called the office. The secretary very rudely cut me off and told me it was nothing to worry about then hung up. My husband immediately called the office back and asked to speak with the doctor and was told harshly "no". The administration at this office has always been rude but we stayed for the doctor. However, after the blatent disregard of my child's health and well being we will not return here and I hope that he truly considers hiring new staff.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes, they were bright and child-friendly
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
