There are no directions to take the elevator to go up to the facility. There are more than 50 people in the waiting room and there is ONLY one toilet for all these people.The handle of the door is broken and water runs on the floor when you flush. It is a filthy condition. The doctor never saw me only a PA did. It took over two hours for me to get an xray and see a PA. I did not wait for referral for MRI. Later that night, someone called to say that I need to return to pick up the referral and I said that I will never return there and she never asked why.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
