They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was easy enough to find. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
