I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
