I called two times and was put on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. When I called back a third time I told the woman that someone put me on hold twice for over 15 minutes and she said with a nasty attitude "Well I did no put you on hold". I told her that someone did and she said "Well it was not me so do you want to argue with me or do you want to make an appointment or should I hang up". NASTY! It was like I was putting her out because they put me on hold. Not very good customer service. If the Office staff is that snotty imagine how the Doctrors are. I would not want to put my health in the hands of a doctor who might say "Well I am sorry we operated on the wrong leg but I did not do it, don't make a big deal about it" LOL! I would never go to this place or recommend it. I can't believe the nasty attitude. What ever happened to good polite customer service. The first impression is the most important and my first impression of Dr. Vitale and Sclafani get a FAT ZERO. I am going to go to Dr. Lackey who is near by, they were very nice and helpful.
