I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone in the office is SUPER nice and detail oriented. Many of my friends who are not connected with each other have either Dr. Fichter or another practitioner in this office. They are phenomenal. Dr. Frichter ensures that he does not leave town 2 months before and 1 month after my due date. He met me at the hospital both times.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
