They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
